We appreciated the hotel and Jeddah, had 2 good days there. Easy access to King Abdulaziz airport, which was about 25 minutes' drive away. Comfy beds, coffee/tea making facilities, a dining area and a sitting area in the room. The staff was cooperative, amicable, and responded promptly to requests.

I loved handy location of the hotel, its delightful staff and fully-equipped rooms. Breakfast had lots of options, including breads, cheese and meats. Absolutely fabulous view of bay. They made my stay warm. Relaxed by the pool, it was brilliant, especially when the weather was fine.

The rooms were big size, good standard hotel, staff was efficient. I got free upgrade and liked it. Everything was excellent as expected, nonetheless the bathroom was very small. Perfect breakfast, good service. Al Salamah district was worth staying in.
